A little about me
Experience built around people.
I'm Pieter Westraat, a Full Status Property Practitioner at Cape Coastal Homes. My approach to property is shaped by a varied career, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to service.
Before entering real estate in 2020, I spent more than 17 years in food and hospitality, including six years of international experience in England, Dubai and on Caribbean cruise ships. I later became an entrepreneur, owning and successfully selling businesses in Hermanus and Kuils River.
After completing my NQF4 qualification and passing my PDE examination in 2024, I continued building my property experience with Huizemark and Engel & Völkers before joining Cape Coastal Homes in 2026.
